Terms & Conditions

Any goods incorrectly ordered can be returned as long as they:

  • are unused and still in its correct packaging
  • The Bus Stop is notified within 7 days of purchase
  • The returned item is received by us within 14 days of purchase
  • Return postage is to be paid by the customer
  • A credit note or replacement item will be issued

While every care is taken to safeguard the goods from damage in transit:

  • It is the responsibility of the receiver to check the packaging for any damage and note this before accepting delivery
  • Any damage to goods must be reported immediately on receipt

Every effort is taken to ensure that product descriptions are up to date. However depending on supply the product may differ.

All goods remain the property of The Bus Stop until paid for in full.

All parts supplied by The Bus Stop must be fitted by a competent person in accordance with current regulations.
