Delivery Information

Once your order has been confirmed, we aim to get your order despatched within 1 - 24 hours of payment being received.

Our usual choice of couriers, within Australia, is either 'Fastway' or TNT.

We use Auspost to PO Box address's and for smaller parcels to WA

For NZ orders we use DHL or Auspost for smaller parcels

If you have an account with a courier, we are happy to liase with your preferred courier 

We are based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, delivery time can vary depending on location, as a guide only

SE Qld and Northern NSW 1 day

Northern Qld and NT 2-3 days

NSW and ACT 1-2 days

Victoria and SA 3 - 5 days

WA and Tasmania 4-7

The above is working days, excluding public holidays

We can send express/overnight but will depend on size and weight

Courier freight charges are based on Volumetric size or weight which ever is the greater
